Had a change of heart and want to cancel your pending withdrawal? No problem!
How to cancel a withdrawal
When logged into your account on Desktop, you need to go to the 'My Account' section.
Once there, click on 'Banking' and on the Deposit tab available you will see a section entitled 'Withdrawals in Progress'.
Below 'Withdrawals in Progress' any pending withdrawals on your account will be made visible with the option to 'Cancel'.
After clicking ‘Cancel’, a pop message will appear confirming that the withdrawal has been successfully cancelled. Your funds will now return to the main balance of your account.
When logged into your account on Mobile, you need to go to the 'My Account' section also by clicking on your balance.
Once in the 'My Account' section, click on 'Withdraw'.
You can then either to select 'Pending Withdraw' from the drop down menu or click on the 'Pending Withdrawals' tab below the drop down option.
Either will prompt the display of your pending withdrawals with the option to 'Cancel'.
After clicking ‘Cancel’, a pop message will appear confirming that the withdrawal has been successfully cancelled.
How long will my withdrawal be pending?
Your withdrawal will remain in a pending state while it is awaiting an internal authorised clearance. This usually occurs within a period of 5-8 hours but can take up to 24 hours depending on volumes.
