Why have I been asked to provide documents?

KYC - Know Your Customer

BoyleSports (Gibraltar) Limited is licensed by the Government of Gibraltar and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner under the Gibraltar Gambling Act 2005 for the purposes of operating and offering Internet gambling services including, but not limited to, casino, poker, bingo, games and online fixed odds betting. BoyleSports Enterprise is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under the Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act 2014.

To the extent that You are located outside England, Wales or Scotland whilst You use the Service, We shall be deemed to be regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commission; to the extent that You are located in England, Wales or Scotland whilst You use the Service (a "UK Player"), We shall be deemed to be regulated by the UK Gambling Commission.

For these reasons, we must ensure full compliance with legal requirements surrounding customer verification.

To make this process as simple as possible for our customers, we employ the services of a third party provider who complete a number of electronic checks to confirm your age and identity.

Unfortunately, as we are unable to validate 100% of our customers electronically, we will, in certain cases request documentation to validate your identity.

Should we be unable to electronically verify your account, we may ask you to comply with our authorisation procedure.

In such instances You will be required to supply the following:

A photo/copy of both sides of Your Card clearly showing Your signature.

A copy of Your passport or driving licence.

A copy of your card statement header showing your billing address.

A completed BoyleSports Customer Authorisation Statement (CAS).
