I can't remember my password on Desktop. What now?

You have forgotten your password? Don't worry, you can easily retrieve a new one.

Simply go to the Boylesports Website and click on 'Forgot Password' in the top right corner.

You will the be directed to the 'Retrieve Your Password' window, where you need to enter either your Email address or username and your date of birth:

When you complete the details and click next click on next, a new password will be sent to the email address registered on your account and the following confirmation will display:

Once you receive the email you will be required to click on a link to be directed to the below page:

Once you have created your new personal password, you will receive a conformation pop up, as below:

Your account is now ready to use!

I can't remember my password on Mobile. What now?

When on the home page of the mobile app or mobile site, click on the 'Login' option in the top right hand corner, which will bring you to the below screen:

From here you need to click on the 'Forgot Username/Password' link.

This will then direct you to a new screen where you now have the option to enter your Email address or Username and your Date of Birth:

When you complete the details and click on 'Send Password Reset', a new password will be sent to the email address registered on your account and the following confirmation will display:

Once you receive the email you will be required to click on a link to be directed to the below page:

Once you have created your new personal password, you will receive a conformation pop up, as below:

Simple!

Forgotten Username

If you have forgotten your username,you can login using your email address instead! 

If you have forgotten both, you can Contact Us through call, Email or Chat and our agents will assist you happily.

I have tried to reset my password online but it is not working?

In order to complete the reset password online as above, please ensure the following:

  1. Your pop-up blocker is disabled.
  2. You remember to check your email spam or Junk folders for the automatically generated mail.
