Why does my withdrawal not show on my statement?

All withdrawals must go through an authorisation stage before being processed fully. Once this authorisation stage has been complete, your withdrawal will appear on your account statement. Rest assured we aim to process all withdrawals as soon as possible, however on unexpected occasions they may take up to 24 hours to be processed.
